29/05/2005 - Ross completed the
Plymouth Half Marathon
in a new Boggle record time of 1:35:19 and finished in 316th place. This was
an improvement from his previous PB of over 8 minutes.
21/05/2005 - Shaun, Dave & the rest of the
crew of "Pink Lady" record another 9th place in the second round of
River Teign Rowing Club, Seine
Boat Series. They are in 9th place overall in the series with 18 points.
14/05/2005 - Ross completes
Ivybridge 10K
in a PB time of 42:16 (118th place). He reports, it was a good race with
only one steep climb.
13/05/2005 - World Seine Boat Championships
postponed until October due to strong Easterly wind and swell, at
Teignmouth.
11/05/2005 - Boggle Marathon Photo page goes
live. The pictures can be found on page 2 of
the photo archive.
07/05/2005 - Shaun, Dave & the rest of the
crew of "Pink Lady" record a credible 9th place in the first round of
River Teign Rowing Club, Seine
Boat Series.

ROUND-UP - Boggles feature is the Herald Express round-up of spring
marathon running.

25/04/2005 - Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta
Website is now live with a provisional program and picture gallery
(including a picture of some Bogglettes). Also under the Regatta Shop banner
you are able to by items from Amazon (Books, CD's, DVD's, etc) with the
commission going towards Regatta Funds. Take a look at

17/04/2005 - Boggles Complete the 2005 Flora
London Marathon - Ed, Ross & Len all completed the Marathon and in doing so
have raised approximately £3,000 for various charity's. Please visit our
Marathon Update page to read more about
the day.
13/04/2005 - BOGGLES RUN - Ed, Len &
Ross to run Flora London Marathon this weekend.

12/04/2005 - New Pictures, If you want to see

08/04/2005 - Ed included in Slapton Parish
column in local paper. Cutting to follow....
20/03/2005 - Boggles complete
Asics Fleet Pre
London Half Marathon. All three members of Team Boggle completed the race in
a time of 1:43:44, with placings from 694 to 696 and new personal bests for
both Ross & Len. Thank you Fleet!!

19/03/2005 - Len & Ross complete 9 mile run
around the Docklands (miles 13 - 22) section of the Marathon course.
10/03/2005 - Keep track of how the Boggles
fundraising is going with the new chart on the
Charity & Sponsorship page.
08/03/2005 - Len has returned to training and
is building up the miles in preparation for the
Asics Fleet Pre-London Half
Marathon on 20th March.
03/03/2005 - Ross has returned to light
training & is starting to build up the miles again. Understand its good to
be out running again instead of spending hours on stationary machines in the
gym.
27/02/2005 - Ross & Len are both resting knee
related injuries. Both are employing the RICE method (see below) and hope to
be back pounding the streets soon. This break is also being used as an
opportunity to raise some much needed funds for our chosen charity's!

09/02/2005 - THE BOGGLES ARE BACK! News of the Ed, Len & Ross is
published in the Herald Express.

07/02/2005 - Len has re-commenced training
after an ankle injury forced him to have a few days rest. He has advised
that his first run for approximately a week went well and was pain free!
Keep on running Lenny!
06/02/2005 - Ed & Ross completed
The Fulfords 5 race, hosted
by Exmouth Harriers, in a times of 34:26 & 34:27 respectively (min:sec). The
race was held in cold conditions with approximately 300 competitors,
completing two laps of mainly flat course (only two small hills). Finishing
positions were Ed 69th & Ross 70th out of 242 finishers. It was a well
organised & marshalled with a nice T-shirt for all that completed.

03/02/2005 - Team Boggle (Ed, Len & Ross) have
entered the Asics Fleet
Pre-London Half Marathon on 20th March 2005 as the final warm up race
before the London Marathon.
31/01/2005 - Len has injured his ankle (lower
calf) and is employing the RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression & Elevation) method
to resolve things as quickly as possible. Understand doctor has advised
light training this week and then to build up steadily again.
